Belstaff with Good Wood

During Men's Fashion Week, one collection we weren't overly impressed by was Belstaff with Good Wood.

At the entrance, guests were greeted by boys on motorbikes sporting looks from the collection; albeit the visual concept was interesting, we were soon disappointed by the weak garments.

This collection seemed to blend into a crowd rather than be the leader in trends; silhouettes, textures and accessories to the pieces were mundane in aesthetic.

The red padded jacket (below) was nice and easy to wear, but nothing we couldn't find on the high street.

Though we were not satisfied with the collection, we can only hope that Belstaff's next showcase will do their talent more justice.

Hartnell To Amies Exhibition

Tullulah and I finally got to go and see the wonderful Hartnell To Amies Exhibiton at FTM yesterday. The exhibition pieces were beautiful!

Below was one of our favorite pieces we saw which was a wedding dress. The lace detailing at the top of the dress and down the skirt was amazing!

The headpiece above and detailing of the jacket below was something else Tullulah and I loved. We wouldn't mind these pieces coming back into fashion for us to be able to wear!

The headpiece below was so pretty and beautifully designed, the detailing of it and shape definitely caught our interest.

The detailing on this blazer and shirt was lovely.

If you have not yet already been, then we'd advise you to definitely go to see the exhibition!

Mr Porter Presents London Collections: Men

How amazing did Mr Porter's collection look being modeled inside red telephone boxes.

Not only did the telephone boxes brighten up the event so did Mr Porter's collection.

We love this fish pattern on the shirt, it's ugly but also quite cool and funny.

Something we're sad we missed was the vintage food van which was doing crumpets and tea! I'm sure Mr Porter will be remembered for this.

Felicities Presents Jenny Schwarz and Orschel-Read

Yesterday we went to Felicities Presents Jenny Schwarz and Orschel-Read event at the brand new ME Hotel.

Not only were the collections from both of the designers beautiful, the view from the balcony was stunning!

Above is Jenny Schwarz collection from the event last night. Her pieces were similar colours yet definitely got our attention.

A piece we loved from Jenny Schwarz collection was the leather coat with a fur collar.

Above is Orschel-Read's collection from the event, which certainly did not lack of colour.

The detailing of the orange coat in Orschel-Read's collection was one of our favorites, especially with the cut out triangle at the top.

At the presentation we were also accompanied by models wearing clothing from both designers collections which added a nice touch.

Christmas Treats

Tabitha and I decided to finish off our Christmas food shopping today and found some amazing Christmas treats!

We definitely want one of these Make Your Own Chocolate House Kit for £14.95 from Harrods.

How girly are these Fairy Princess Biscuits for £30 from Harrods.

We love how this cake even includes a pond! Fun In The Snow Cake for £25 at M&S.

For some small treats to share these Mini Delights Box for £25 at The Hummingbird Bakery will go down a treat.

How cute is this Snowman Doughnut at Krispy Kreme with it's little carrot nose!

Our favorite is this adorable Gingerbread Man Cookie Jar for £14.99 at Oldest Sweet Shop. Even though it's not edible it's cute enough to be!

iHeart Studios

Yesterday we went to the iHeart Studios event at the Biscuit Factory hosted by Zandra Rhodes. The event was in the middle of no where and we was kept waiting outside as the event was not organised to start on time.

Once we got into the event we still did not have any idea of what was actually happening or what it was even about as we was waiting in an empty room.

This soon changed when we walked into the event and was amazed with what we saw. The whole atmosphere was Christmassy, foggy surrounding with fake snow machine.

Free candy floss was being handed out from this retro candy floss cart, which was extremely cute.

Below is the fake snow setting which made it feel like it was actually snowing.

There was a range of free alcoholic beverages available to have with no limit.

Free popcorn was being handed out from this retro popcorn maker machine too.

And there was even an indoors ice-skating rink available that completed the event with a Christmas feeling.

They also provided a photo-booth with props which kept us entertained and amused.

We really enjoyed this event once we got in and was impressed with the night as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ligature White Shoot

I’m in love with this white shoot it’s really intriguing how the bareness of colour works so well with the mixture of different textures, it’s a shoot that definitely caught my eye.

The headpiece used in this shoot from American Apparel is gorgeous.

Another piece I love is how the maxi dress from BasharatyanV has been worn underneath as part of the layering, yet it’s so strong it comes across as a main part of the outfit. The clear plastic top is also a favourite of mine and so on trend.
